Best Practices

  • Do not flip an entire class at one time.  Choose individual lessons and build from there.
  • Take advantage of existing content.  Resources abound in the Library and on the Internet.
  • Technology is not necessary to flip the entire class or even a single lesson.  Tech is just another tool available to make flipping more flexible.
  • Flipping can free up a lot of class time.  Prepare enough activities for students to make use of that time (but not with busy work).
